The Beechwood Family Apartments project consists of 21 buildings spread across the City of Rochester's historic Beechwood neighborhood. The project, set to deliver 54 total units, ranging from single-family homes to six-unit multifamily types, will seek to infill previously vacant, city-owned lots and meet the goals for the CoR's Comprehensive Plan goals of adding additional, affordable housing options to the population in greatest need.
