This future home, a 30,000-square-foot medical office building, is poised to be a pivotal space where medical professionals will offer specialized services along with the headquarters of the Clear Choice brand. The exterior of the building is a blend of brickwork patterning and large format tiling, as well as an industrial aesthetic port cochere. The build-out of the interior includes lobby space and the offices for the Clear Choice medical practice. These spaces include pediatric patient areas, a lobby and welcome desk, lab space, and specialized testing rooms.
