The five historic buildings at the prominent corner of E Main St and N Clinton Ave in downtown Rochester are being combined and renovated to create 11 new apartments. The existing historic elements will be refurbished to honor Rochester's rich history, and the new street-front commercial spaces will continue the growing vibrancy and activity along Rochester's Main Street. IN/EX worked with the developer to blend the interior historic elements with modern living and building upgrades to continue the building's long life.
