The vibrant cultural legacy of the Bewley Building lives on through its transformation into 100 modern apartments with ground-floor commercial spaces. Built atop the foundations of the former Hodge Opera House, this century-old landmark sits in the heart of downtown Lockport.
The historic façade will be preserved, while original interior elements will be carefully restored and integrated into the new residences—offering contemporary living within a richly historic setting.
