Project Manager
Heather Landis brings over 15 years of experience managing complex architectural projects across both public and private sectors. Her early work with the U.S. Air Force included military construction (MILCON) and renovation projects, where she developed deep expertise in navigating strict codes, approvals, and regulations.
In Rochester and across Western New York, Heather has served as Project Manager on some of the region’s most transformative civic and neighborhood developments. Her experience includes leading projects through multi-tiered municipal approvals, state and federal historic tax credit processes, and extensive public agency coordination.
Heather’s ability to manage scope, schedule, and stakeholder needs makes her a critical force behind IN/EX’s seamless project delivery.
